Direct-to-Factory Logistics & Shipping

To completely eliminate local retail markups and showroom overheads, Nola Supply ships directly from our international manufacturing partners to your commercial address in New Zealand.

Lead Times

• Standard Commercial Freight: 21 to 35 business days.

• Note: This timeline encompasses production scheduling, international sea freight, customs clearance, and final domestic handover.

Transit Disclaimer

Please note that all stated shipping timelines are estimates, not guarantees. International heavy freight is subject to variables outside of our direct control, including port congestion, maritime weather events, and New Zealand customs processing times. We will maintain active communication with your team and provide tracking updates as your cargo moves through the supply chain.

Delivery Protocol

Your assets are heavily crated and tracked. Once your order clears New Zealand customs, it is handed over to our local heavy-freight partners for the final leg of delivery. Deliveries are made to the ground floor / loading zone of your commercial address. Uncrating, inside delivery, and installation are the responsibility of the buyer.

We do not offer expedited air freight for heavy commercial furniture. By securing a quote and settling your invoice, you acknowledge this logistical timeline, which enables our wholesale pricing structure.
