Commercial Fit-Out Return Policy
Nola Supply operates strictly as a direct-to-factory commercial logistics partner. Because our items are heavy architectural assets manufactured and freighted directly to order for New Zealand commercial spaces, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds for change of mind, spatial miscalculations, order errors, or project delays on the buyer's end. By completing a commercial invoice with us, you acknowledge that you are purchasing as a business entity and accept these B2B terms.
Defect and Transit Damage Guarantee We stand entirely behind the structural integrity of our supply. Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. If an item is defective, structurally damaged in transit, or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@nolasupply.co
You must provide comprehensive photographic evidence of the damage, including the original crating/packaging. Once evaluated and approved by our logistics team, we will immediately expedite a replacement part or a full replacement unit at our cost.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items Custom-ordered fit-outs, modified dimensions, and wholesale multi-unit orders cannot be canceled once the invoice is settled and factory production has commenced.
